"Smart Movement Nudges"

What if your to-do list helped you stay healthy, not just productive? This feature is currently in Beta—while we're still perfecting the task categorization, it's already helping users weave movement into their busy days.

The Problem

Users spend hours completing sedentary tasks (like "reply to emails" or "write code"), and generic "time to stand up" notifications from health apps are often ignored because they lack context. Current wellness apps do not know what you are doing, only that you are not moving.

The Idea

By integrating securely with Apple Reminders via EventKit, Livoi can bridge the gap between a user's task manager and their physical wellness. We pull in the user's existing to-do list—adding zero friction or setup time—and intelligently categorize tasks as either "Sedentary/Mental" (e.g., computer work) or "Physical/Active" (e.g., walking the dog, laundry, taking out the trash).

How it Works (The Magic)

1. Context-Aware Tracking

Livoi monitors when a user completes consecutive "Sedentary" tasks. Optionally, it connects with Apple HealthKit to verify they have been physically inactive for 90+ minutes.

2. The Smart Nudge

Instead of a generic alert, Livoi scans the user's remaining tasks for something physical and sends a hyper-personalized notification: "You have been crushing your computer work! How about tackling 'Fold the laundry' next to get a quick stretch in?"

Why This Wins

  • Zero Data Entry: Uses the list you already maintain.
  • Actionable Nudges: Replaces annoying alerts with highly relevant, useful suggestions.
  • Holistic Wellness: Perfectly serves remote workers and individuals looking for mindful breaks throughout the day.
FUTURE EXPLORATION

Conversational AI Health Insights

Imagine being able to talk to your health data. We are exploring a premium tier that brings an AI layer on top of your Apple Health stats and Livoi logs. This opt-in feature would allow the AI to read your patterns and answer complex questions about your wellbeing.

How it would work: Instead of manually trying to correlate your sleep with your activity levels or heart rate trends, you could simply ask, "Why have I been feeling so tired this week?" and the AI could point out patterns across your aggregated data.

The Privacy Trade-off: Livoi is built on privacy. This feature would strictly be an opt-in premium option, acknowledging that securely processing this data via an AI provider requires sharing a subset of your health metrics in exchange for deep, personalized insights.

These are concepts being explored for Livoi's roadmap. If you are interested in discussing this vision or supporting its development, let's talk.
